Join the Pit Sisters at the Dash for the Dogs supporting animal rescue right here in Jacksonville! Pit Sisters is dedicated to "giving voice" to the most misunderstood dogs. The volunteer-based rescue provides love, homes and training to harder to adopt dogs.

REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED SHORTLY.Pit Sisters largest program, TAILS (Teaching Animals & Inmates Life Skills) pairs at-risk dogs with inmates for a 2 to 3 month period. During this time, the inmates' hands on training provided the dogs with valuable skills to help them be adopted after graduation
The 2019 PIT SISTERS / DASH FOR DOGS will be Saturday October 19, 2019 at 8am. The race will take place in Bartram Park, folllowed by post race festivitias at BREWZ- BARTRAM PARK. Awards will be presented to the overall mal and female winners and top three age group winners.
Chip timing will be provided by Milestone Race Authority
